At BIG Boots, we want to ensure your footwear fits perfectly and meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Boots

  Place the unworn boots back into their original shoe box and secure them inside a shipping mailing bag or outer box to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
